HELLO CHRISTMAS TO ALL

And thus concludes our adventure!

HELLO CHRISTMAS TO ALL AND TO ALL A GOOD NIGHT!!

…And seriously, I hope everyone had a great day. It’s twenty to midnight here and we’ve had a fantastic time. I’ve really had a good laugh getting this done every day this month – I’ve actually Drawn Every Day! Creative Convention would be proud!

Thanks to

Good old Dooley!

DOOLAYY

Merry Christmas Dooley, sorry about the wee. hehe there’s Puffy behind him look trying to get a look in. What an idiot

Duddles!

DUDDLES!

There he is, ah look at him. Merry Christmas Duddles, we’ll be seeing more of him before long, that’s what.

Burgess

BURGESS

Such an old wise elf, Merry Christmas Burgess for giving us Santa’s fulsome beard and making the prophecy about there being a Snatter which may be responsible for it happening, in a sort of circular way. Never know. There was quantum chocolate after all.

The Giant Floating Head of the Actor Richard Burton

THERE HE GOE

No-one would have believed! Merry Christmas to the Giant Floating Head of the Actor Richard Burton, you floated into our lives and then out of them again and then that was it.

And thanks to everyone who followed the thread from the start, everyone who jumped on since, everyone who should probably have banned me but didn’t, and mostly to Abby, who helped out by making me actually do this every day in December.

    Dave, I love this story.
This is the best, most merry, wiggliest Christmas story ever written.

  • Mister Apple says:

Well, that was an amazing Christmassy ride with good jokes and other such silliness (and an epic soundtrack that was entirely in my head). I can’t wait until the next calendar is out! Thank you Dave for all of this nonsense.

    WIGGLE HE!

It was great to actually read this! It was somehow even more a surreal experience than I expected and this was coming in with The Ballad of Mecha Snatter as foreknowledge! It really made my boxing day!
Only one problem I’ve had with the site so far – the interactive Advent Calander picture doesn’t function on Firefox, meaning I had to use my backup browser, Chrome, in order to read anything. Future bug fix, perhaps?

I’m so excited to finally read these! I somehow managed to read the third one because it wasn’t paywalled yet, but it’ll be so much sweeter heading towards it with full background! Excellent work Dave, and Abby as well! Merry Christmas!

  • I just can’t even. This is what the internet was made for. I’ve had a few minor e-adventures in my day, but this is something that blows it all away, and I wish I could have been there for it at the time… but it’s just lovely getting to see it now, with all the context. And those jokes were clever. I love the part about you switching up who posted what.
I can’t wait to see what year 2 has in store.
